Japanese green handblown glass fishing net float.  Sometimes i get lucky and find these while walking out on the coast.  It measures 3 1/4” across and 3 1/3” tall.  Everyone looks different.  It is normal to have a sloppy pontil because they are just made for the fishing nets.  I love to hunt for them.
