Nature’s way is to develop, grow and evolve from the inside out. Starting first in the darkness, in the womb, in the mystery and the realm of the unseen and the unknown. After a period of incubation, connected to the vibration of the very heartbeat of creation and life itself, growth and development quickens and soon it travels upward, outward, from darkness to the light of day - the light of awareness, consciousness, visibility and form. From formless to form. 🌀

This is our path, nature’s path, the path of all creation and the way of truth. Creating outside of this natural order creates imbalance, disharmony and dis-ease. We see this within many of the structures, systems and inventions we’re currently working with. And we need to first awaken to that, to acknowledge it, and then find alignment within our own hearts & minds, to restore the natural order of creation within our lives and ourselves.

This is what healing is — a return to the natural order, alignment with creation and life itself. To become congruent within ourselves first (inside). Connect with spirit, with your heart, and then (and only then) begin to radiate from that space (outward). INSIDE —> OUT and repeat the cycle again and again. 🌀
