Pros:

• Cleaner than Uber
• So simple that older users enjoy the experience
• Price is equivalent to an Uber with tip
• Feels safer and more private without a driver

Cons:

• Takes longer as it does not use the freeway and there are less cars at the moment
• Limited drop-off / pick-up areas (e.g. does not go to the airport)

One of the most interesting experience. The technology simply disappeared into the background.
