This is a Heljan 802 HO Scale 3-Stall Roundhouse Building Kit.

3-stall roundhouse. During the steam-era, the roundhouse was an essential part of every engine terminal, and many are still in use today. This kit is typical of structures found on large or small lines and includes parts for three stalls. For a larger facility, an add-on kit (#803, sold separately) is available.
