This set is married, but matches very well. The candle holders are marked France. I’m pretty confident that it is not a Haviland & Co. mark. The tray is marked Bavaria on the back. All pieces are in great condition. The tray has minimal chipping on 1 edge as pictured. No other chips or cracks. 
The candle holders stand about 6 3/4” tall and are 3” square at the base. The tray is about 7 3/4” x 10”.
