I think my wife ordered this as an add-on to a KS this company ran to play it solo.  If she did, she didn't play it more than 1–2 times.  Cards appear brand-new, as do other components.
I, personally, never played this, so I don't know anything about the gameplay and such.  However, I'm not into zombies, so it's not really my cup of tea anyway.
