This book is much more than an atlas of the world in 1943. For maps, this is pre end of World War II, so there is still a unified Germany, and Russia had not broken up into a series of smaller countries yet, as will see no Ukraine.

Along with maps there are street maps of major American cities, pages that show what countries produced the products such as steel, grain, etc. The last pages are the founding documents of America, the Declaration Of Independence, and the Constitution.

An excellent book to have on hand for reference at home, classroom, and home schooling.

11 3/8 x 14 1/2 x 3/4. 336 pages.

There are some condition issues, but will not deter in display and use. The bottom corner of the spine is tearing, book cover corners have wear. The pages are in good condition.
