Collectible Creations "Old Salt" shelf sitter fisherman, slicker, net shells vtg

8.5 inches tall by 9.5 wide hand to hand, 3.5 inches thick, decorative fisherman shelf sitter decor. Stuffed with polyester fiber fill, fisherman wears a yellow, vinyl slicker and hat, has a rope (twine) over one shoulder and a fishing net with 3 sea shells over the other. A seagull sits on his shoulder on the net. His arms are outstretched, he has NO LEGS just a blue, cotton, flat bottom. Black, fabric boots are glued on to his front and stuffed with fiber fill to keep their shape. His fabric face has two, small black eyes, rosy cheeks, and is covered with a curly, fluffy, yellowish white beard. A pipe sticks out of the beard. Vintage 1993 handmade in Oregon.
