Cobalt Blue Moroccan Pottery and Metal 8 1/2" Plate Safi Africa

This very unique, hand made pottery plate is accented with silver tone metal. Pewter? Tin? I don't know. It was made in Morocco and is "not for food use." It is rustic and has a couple of mild glaze scratches and tiny dents in the metal. It is not signed or marked. I found a very similar one online that was signed and marked Safi. There are holes in the back for hanging. The inside dips down about 1/4" so it could be used as a large trinket dish.
