This live edge charcuterie board is handcrafted from solid Claro walnut and designed as a functional serving piece well suited for entertaining, gifting, or display.
The board measures 33 inches by 12 inches and is 1.25 inches thick. Claro walnut is prized for its rich, rosy brown tones and dramatic figure, offering a warmth and depth not found in other walnut species. This slab was sourced from a California orchard tree and was selected for its clarity and natural character.
This is the largest and clearest board currently available in my collection. It has a substantial, balanced feel in hand while remaining comfortable to carry and serve with.

Hey all, I’m Faheem. I’m a woodworker based in the metro Atlanta area. I began woodworking in 2023 with a simple goal: to create custom picture frames for my own space. What started as a personal project quickly grew into a broader practice, and today my work includes cutting boards, charcuterie boards, boxes, tabletops, and coffee tables.
My approach centers on letting the material guide the final design. For larger projects, I work with both locally sourced hardwoods and select slabs from the Pacific Northwest, where long growing seasons and centuries-old trees produce wide, highly figured material prized for fine furniture.
