A novelty top hat champagne or wine ice bucket. These are typically silver-plated over brass and designed to chill a bottle of champagne or wine. The silver has mostly been worn off. Design: Shaped like a gentleman's top hat, sometimes part of an Art Deco style set with a walking cane stand. Capacity: Sized to hold one standard bottle of champagne or wine with ice.
