Blue Translucent colored vinyl. Import from Canada. Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). 12" Single. Original clear plastic sleeve looks great. Inner-sleeve is plastic. Bends/creases in bottom corners. Tiny section of plastic missing near left and tiny hole near bottom and "Factory Sealed for Your Protection" sticker near center of opening. (Not a cut-out.)
