Inner-sleeve is original (generic white). Spine is mostly easy-to-read, with signs of wear. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of use and divots. BPM (“131”) written on front cover and one side of label. (Not a cut-out.)
