Details
This is an antique German porcelain "lobster dish," popular during the late Victorian era and early 20th century. It was manufactured by Carl Tielsch (C.T.) in Altwasser, Silesia (now Wałbrzych, Poland).
It features a two-compartment divided design with scalloped edges, pale green and white coloring, floral motifs, and a central handle.
There is one crack that is shown in the pictures. Otherwise no other cracks or chips.
