This photo is from about the 1920s possibly a school photo. The technique of removing the bottom half the print to create this vignette effect was becoming popular at this time.

The studio/photographer is Otto Shealey, I could find no information on him.

Is in a folder, 4 1/2 x 9 1/2. Print size is 3 x 5.

There is a stain on right side of folder.
