Antique Lithograph Metal Cat Toy with Wooden Ball Nice!

Really cool antique lithograph metal cat toy with wooden ball in nice preowned condition. Shows signs of wear obviously, but fairly minimal for the age. It does have rusting where the paint peeled off on his back but in great shape other than that. Wheels turn smoothly, wooden ball is intact. Original owner had string around the arms, I’m guessing to keep the arms taut so I just left it on, I wasn’t sure if it was supposed to be there or not. Great piece for that lithograph toy enthusiast.
