Here, we have an extraordinary piece of mid-19th century hand crafted French porcelain by Jean pouyat, Limoges France. Superior artistry design and technique. This piece has an abstract organic shaped cut-out base, stunning hand painted 6 colorway in purples, blue, greens, and yellow and white. Rich heavy gold leaf interior and edge detail. Light moriage texture throughout the piece, delicate ribbed detail under the top scalloped edge. Smooth satin glazed finish. Flawless condition, this piece has no detectable paint loss to the body, very slight wear to the gold leaf rim, JPL France stamp present on the bottom in green. The buyer will be thrilled!
