Antique Collar Box Daisy Hinged Collar Box with 6 Vintage Collars

This is a beautiful vintage box with a daisy-themed lid and a sturdy body. Based on the interior and the shape, it's likely a collar box (used to store detachable shirt collars) or a small hat box. The "66" written on the inside of the lid may indicate a former owner's marking or a manufacturing code.

Condition: Used, good vintage condition. This item shows significant signs of age and wear consistent with its use and age. The top of the lid has some tearing and peeling of the decorative paper. The bottom of the box also shows wear. The hinges and latch are fully functional. Please see all photos for details on the condition.

Details: This is a charming vintage decorative box, likely from the early to mid-20th century. The lid features a beautiful daisy floral pattern, while the main body of the box is a dark green color with an embossed, ornate pattern. The box fastens with a brass-colored metal latch on the front.

Inside, there are a number of what appear to be vintage, white plastic or cardboard shirt collars. The number "66" is written in pencil on the inside of the lid.
