Romantic antique cameo ring, set in solid fine 18k gold! It has braided ornate rope work around the edges of the cameo and has a "750" European 18k mark, Italian in origin. The hand carved shell is a rich peachy color, it's in very good condition for its age. I believe this is circa 1910s and weighs a total of 3.52 grams.
