90s button front long lightweight denim skirt

This skirt is great for the cooler weather. It is a lightweight denim material. Material is 100% Cotton. No stretch. Brand is Konnie O. Tag says size 11/12 but it fits smaller than that. Made in USA. There are 8 buttons down the front.
Condition: Skirt is in nice gently worn condition. Only issue I am noticing is that the tags look to have some wear.

Measurements while skirt is buttoned and laying flat: -Across waist 14" -Across hips 20" -Length from top to hem 32"
