60s/70s Adelaar's Aristocrat Hand Sewn embroidered / Quilted Maxi Skirt in Vintage size 12

This is a beautiful skirt for the cooler weather. It is made to look like a quilt with hand sewn quilting all around in multiple colors. The outer fabric feels like cotton and it is black. The inside layer is white and I am unsure of the material. You can see all the work that went into this. The waist band is super stretchy. It almost looks like it has been replaced with a newer band at some point. The band looks so bright white and newer. There is also a full metal black Talon zipper partially down the left side. The brand tag says a 12 on it so I assume that is the size. Material does not stretch. Only the waistband does. I apologize for taking these pics while the sun was right on the skirt! UGH The skirt is in nice condition. It does have some loose threads here and there. There are excess threads on the inside of the waistband. I am going to leave these here because it might be easier to color match someday with extra threads! The many different colors that are sewn in to this does make it look like it has various shades to it.
