1990s Does 1970s Girls Flower Power Handmade Dress

1990s does 1970s Girls Flower Power Dress🦋🌈✨ Super fun rainbow flower power dress. This one is a bit of a mystery to me. The fabric feels like a cotton blend and looks VERY 90s. It is vibrant and has lady bugs printed throughout. The small buttons below the collar look to be 70s and the collar/sleeves themselves are a very 70s cut. The backside zipper is 1970s. I am guessing this was made in the 90s with 70s materials + cut to give it a retro vibe to the max! Has a flared sleeve and backside tie. According to some size charts I believe this would work for a girls size 2/3T but please see measurements for best sizing.
