The gold-tone finish is vibrant. The cabochon shows clear details and the pin mechanism is sturdy and functional.

Collector's Note: The hallmark on the reverse is stamped "DODDS" in reverse (mirrored). This was a common occurrence during the production of Dodds jewelry, where the die was occasionally cut or applied incorrectly, creating a unique "error" mark that is well-documented among vintage jewelry enthusiasts.
