1960s Maxine California Mint-ish Evening Coat With Turquoise Rhinestone Buttons

You guys. This beauty is so stunning, I wish pictures did her justice (and she looks great in them!). Peter Pan colar, snatched waist (not the tech term I’m sure, two pockets!! (Hidden behind the faux pocket flaps), three outer buttons, 5 inner snaps to help with shape. WORN ONCE. The story goes that the woman who owned this was gifted it by her husband for their honeymoon, she wore it during said honeymoon, and when she saw that she got it dirty was so embarrassed that she hid it from her husband and never wore it again. 🤷🏽‍♀️ It has very evidently never been laundered— paper tag is still crisp and new. Have not attempted to get her dry cleaned but I could I suppose.
