1948 Moore-Handley Hardware Company Industrial Supplies catalog from Birmingham, Alabama. Massive hardbound trade catalog with red textured cover and “America’s Best” logo. Measures about 11.5" x 10.5" and weighs over 12 pounds. Inside are hundreds of pages of machinery, tools and equipment sold throughout the Southeast, including jib cranes and monorail track, LeBlond lathes and other machine tools, Yale cylinder locks and keys, Westinghouse electrical meters, grinders, paint and finishes, industrial hardware, and more. Intro pages show Moore-Handley offices and warehouses in Birmingham, Mobile, and Nashville, along with company history and service information. A great reference for collectors of vintage tools and machinery, Southern industrial history, advertising ephemera, or anyone researching Moore-Handley’s product lines just after World War II.
Some minor wear to binder. There are a few creases and minor tears on the first couple of pages of the catalog. Overall, in very good condition. See pictures for further details on condition.
