This antique book is broken into two parts. The first part centers on household maintenance. Simple repairs, cleaning instructions, canning and food preservation. The second part is a cook book. Includes a section on butchery, and chapters divided by different proteins, breads, sweets. Interesting book for those interested in history and cooking the way grandma (great grandma for many) did. The outside of the book is deteriorating but the inside pages are in great condition. P
